Mae,
My prayers are with you and your family today. I know you will miss Pete so very much and you were so devoted to his care, especially over these past few years. But as we shared on the phone, we both know he is in heaven and has probably already played a round or two of golf. And when the time comes you will join him in that place that Jesus has prepared for both of you. Mae, can’t you just see his contagious smile growing even bigger as he now in that place where there is no pain or suffering or tears of sadness? Just know that I love you and I am thinking of you and your family today.
