  Dear Arlita & family;
Our sympathy and warmest thoughts are with you now. Expressing sympathy is always difficult, but all we can say is how sorry we are. We're with you in our thoughts today.

  I knew Joe through his association with Frankford Hospital's Board of Directors and his membership and chairmanship of the Human Resources Committee of that Board. I worked for Frankford for thirty seven years, the last twenty of which I served as Director and Vice President of Human Resources. I am now retired. I found Joe to be always friendly, helpful, and interested in the well-being of the Hospital. The hallmark of his service on the Board was his concern the the employees of the Hospital. His counsel and concern will be sorely missed.

  Dear Arlita;
Even in your sadness we hope you can hold on to the thought that a life lived with so much love never really ends, but goes on forever in the hearts of those who remember. We remember the days of round dancing with you and Joe. Bless you and your family. Henry & Esther Siegle

  We enjoyed square dancing with Joe & Arlita for a number of years with the Dixie Derbys. Joe & Arlita were good dancers together, and a lot of fun to be with. Joe was cheerful & friendly to all, and seemed younger than he actually was. May the Lord bring comfort & peace to Arlita and all your family. You will see Joe again. Love from Dan & Ruth
