The way we view the world is shaped by siblings and cousins without our ever realizing that it is happening. David was my oldest cousin, and I remember so much discussion from Aunt Dorothy about his time in the Navy, his wedding and marriage to Judy, the birth of their kids, his dedicated and hard physical work, and his, what seemed to me to be, perfectly bucolic life in Willow Grove, that my world view and my understanding of what was good about life was shaped by Dave and the way that he lived. Even though his last years were taxing on him and his family, I will always remember Dave with warmth and appreciation, and I will always be thankful for having had such a good cousin.
Peace to all of us who mourn the loss of David.

Uncle Dave,
You will be missed dearly! I will miss your silly jokes, and your great smile!! You were definetly the only one who could totally fool me on just about anything!(haha). You were a GREAT Uncle and will never be forgotten!! Love ya.
